Primary art market, as NOEMIO.ORG GALLERY, really means a service on-line to sell works of fine arts directly from the artist studio to dealers and collectors. Limited edition art prints, originals oil on canvas and original watercolors are available in its first sell and deliver to buyer before a painting starts its cicle of life, or, in case of prints, before an image is sold-out by the printer.
The term sold-out means that all of the prints in a limited edition have been sold or acquired by dealers or collectors. When it happens, the only way to acquire such a print is on the secondary art market where art dealers have the rights in the goods and the prices don't follow a predictable value from one source to another.
